Each of us understands the obvious thing: diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking helps to improve the quality of forms of influence. A high level of involvement of representatives of the target audience is a clear evidence of a simple fact: the course on a socially oriented national project does not give us other choice, except for determining the relevant conditions of activation.
